    Like businesses throughout our service area, we are taking the necessary steps to protect the public during the COVID-19 outbreak. We have made key changes to our operations to ensure your safety and to comply with social distancing guidelines in our states.

     We Are Continuing to Operate During the COVID-19 Outbreak

    Our team has always worked virtually, using our phones, Zoom, Skype, and email as principal points of contact. We are still able to coordinate with many courts and agencies. It is not necessary to come to our office to get the assistance you need.

    You Can Reach Us Via Email With Your Questions

    We are continuing to work on cases, including new cases, on a daily basis. The best way to reach us or set an appointment is by using our “contact us” feature through our website, www.jenniferfairfax.com. If you are not yet a client, please do not send confidential information by email or through our website.

     Courts are resuming operations

    The courts are resuming operations. Depending on the court, some hearings are being held remotely and some are being held in person. Due to the backlog from the last year, some courts are experience delays in scheduling and processing paperwork..

     ICPC is Still Operating at Reduced Capacity

    The ICPC office is still processing referrals at this time. Adoptive parents will get home as soon as they possibly can. Still, it’s important to expect some delays. ICPC staff members are hard at work and doing a terrific job during the COVID-19 outbreak!

     Jennifer Fairfax, LLC Clients Are Receiving Full Support

    We are continuing to provide full support to all of our existing clients. That includes, among other things, developing contracts for ART clients, completing other legal procedures as needed, and managing parentage orders in the jurisdictions where they are still being processed. Our team remains available for any questions, concerns, or comments.
